Formal children's wear designer, Jennifer Coombes, is the specialist for flowergirl gowns, communion dresses and girls’ formal wear. With over 15 years experience, and regular appearances of her unique range on the catwalks of the Sydney and Melbourne Bridal Expos, a gown by Jennifer Catherine Design is the accepted choice for the style, finish and quality that will make a little girl or young lady feel special on their special day.

Our gowns and dresses are made-to-order by hand in Australia using only the best quality delustered satin or dupion silk (or your own fabric if you prefer), and our range of design choices and options have proven to be popular and practical in the girls size 2-12 range.

Our most popular designs make up our Signature Range of flowergirl and communion dresses, however you are not limited to purchasing these. You can select the bodice of your choice, combine it with the skirt style that suits your preference, and then select your fabric and colour.

The gown can be further enhanced by choosing options such as organza overlays or Swarovski crystal and pearl bodice trims - once again the choice is entirely yours.

We also have a selection of accessories available, including jewellery, shoes, and hand-made fabric flowers, chosen by Jennifer to specifically complement her gown designs.

Gowns can be purchased online or from one of our retail stockists in Sydney and Canberra. Orders and enquiries from other areas and overseas are most welcome.
